☠ PassForge — Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

PassForge offers monthly subscriptions (Forge at $3/month, Armory at $8/month). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Within 30 days of payment: You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
• After 30 days: No refund for the current period, but cancellation prevents future charges.
• Account termination: If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service, no refund is provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@mojaholdings.net with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Fee Changes

If we increase subscription fees, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
